Matt Porter, MBA, CVA
Matt Porter’s combination of education, credentials and experience has earned himself a well-respected reputation as a broker specializing in practices with revenues over $2 million dollars. Matt is also a highly sought after practice valuation expert with a unique ability to apply accurate analytic methods as well as keep his ‘finger on the pulse’ of what real-time values are for dental practices. As a result, Matt brings a balance of real estate, tax, valuation and small business acumen. His ability to properly evaluate and leverage both the quantitative and qualitative facets of a dental practice help to provide maximum value to his clients. Matt has successfully transitioned hundreds of dental offices and represented countless dentists who desire to sell their practice, purchase a practice or secure a partnership and has successfully represented dozens of doctors in DSO group roll ups.
Matt graduated in the top 10% of his class at Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Science and a minor in business. He later continued his education by receiving a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in small business/entrepreneurship from Arizona State University, again graduating in the top 10% of his class. He stays current on his education by keeping his nose in the latest issue of the Harvard Business Review.
In his spare time, Matt loves to surf, dive and travel. In addition to spending time outdoors with his wife of over 20 years and his 3 daughters and 1 son, he actively coaches youth soccer and basketball teams. He enjoys volunteering in various charities, including Habitat for Humanity, Arizona Mission of Mercy, Salvation Army, Feed My Starving Children and his local church. You can also find Matt reading two or three books at a time. His favorite authors include Clayton Christensen, Benjamin Hardy, Richie Norton and Stephen Covey.

Tanner Milne, MBA, CCIM, SIOR
Tanner Milne has been involved with commercial real estate development and brokerage since 2003. After having negotiated hundreds of leases on behalf of doctors, dentists, and specialists, dental practice transitions was a natural fit. He has facilitated and negotiated projects and transactions with values in excess of $500 Million, and has carried projects from site acquisition to final close out. This experience provides clients value in understanding the critical path in buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate.
Tanner founded Menlo Group Commercial Real Estate in 2008 with the objective of delivering unparalleled value to clients through service, innovation, and solutions. As a leader in the east valley office, dental and medical office, and office condo markets, Tanner has helped many of the valley’s top doctors and dentists locate space while negotiating favorable deals in their behalf.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, Tanner went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University. It was at ASU where Tanner, Rich, and Matt became close friends and respected business advisors. He enjoys reading business books in his spare time, including some of his favorites: Good to great, Think and Grown Rich, and How to Stop Worrying and Start Living. Tanner is married with four beautiful children. He loves food, Brazil, and the beach.

Rich Andrus, MBA, CCIM, SIOR
Rich Andrus specializes in the sales and leasing of office and investment properties throughout the state of Arizona, with an emphasis in medical and dental tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation. Rich’s innate ability to establish relationships with landlords and tenants alike allow him to make an immediate impact in any situation.
Prior to joining Menlo Group CRE, Rich worked for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 medical supply corporation. While there, he held various roles ranging from Physician office Sales Representative in the Phoenix Valley, National Account Manager, West Coast Surgical Supplies Region Manager, and West Coast Nursing Products and Services Region Manager. Within his roles at Cardinal Health, Rich managed multiple product business lines with a total sales territory valued in excess of $80 million annually in medical spend. Rich has personally participated in the negotiation of hundreds of contracts valued well over $100 million. Rich’s accolades at Cardinal Health include West Coast Sales Representative of the Year and the Region Manager of the Year. His previous sales and negotiation experience brings a fresh and creative approach to your negotiation table!
Rich graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a dual minor in Economics and Spanish. Additionally, he graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a Masters in Business Administration. When not in the office, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and their four very active children. He enjoys baseball, fishing, golfing, hiking, and swimming. He also enjoys the time he gets to spend working with the youth in his church group, and the Boy Scouts of America.

Mark Soelberg, CVA
Mark Soelberg joined Menlo Dental Transitions in early 2020 to fill the role of Menlo’s Vice President of Arizona Sales. Combining his passions for the dental field and finance, Mark brings a unique set of knowledge and skills to the team. Following his graduation in Finance from the BYU Marriott School of Business, he gained a range of valuation experience through positions with both private equity and venture capital groups. This previous experience, coupled with his acute attention to detail, has allowed Mark to excel as he’s entered the dental transitions space.
Mark’s initial exposure to the dental field came while working at Dental Intelligence, Inc. While there, he personally assisted over 250 practices, enabling those teams to effectively utilize software to improve operating performance, leverage the power of analytics, and ensure enhanced patient care. Mark’s passion for dentistry grew after witnessing firsthand the impact that dental team members can have as they strive to improve their patients’ lives. He is eager to bring that love for dentistry to the transitions space in order to help doctors navigate through the most substantial event of their professional careers.
Being an Arizona native, Mark loves to explore the Phoenix valley and beyond. His personal interests include learning (about anything and everything), reading, music, basketball, and AZ sports teams. He also enjoys spending time with his one-year-old daughter and wife of 7 years.

Mark Soelberg, CVA
Marc Schubert
A long-term Arizonian, Marc Schubert graduated from the University of Arizona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business, specializing in Business Sales and Operations which led to his extensive experience championing business development strategies and initiatives within the business-to-business (B2B) spaces and healthcare industry to build new markets, generate revenue, and expand client bases.
For the past 11 years, Marc has been involved in the dental business industry here in Arizona and he prides himself on the relationships he has developed with many local dentists. He built a multi-million dollar territory for Henry Schein Inc., a Fortune 500 company and global distributor of dental supplies, equipment, and business services. Marc truly enjoys helping his clients achieve their practice goals and has played a large part of the success of many dentists here in Arizona.
In addition to his dental experience, Marc’s background in finance and marketing make him the perfect fit to the Menlo Dental Transition team.
While not in the office, visiting a doctor, or showing a practice, Marc enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family, usually at one of his two daughter’s soccer games.
Marc Schubert
David Haynes, MBA
David Haynes grew up in Georgia before moving to Idaho for college. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting while staying busy in the community. He bought, ran and sold a small business and gained an appreciation for the tenacity of small business owners in the process. David then earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University, graduating in the top of his class.
David jumped into banking while completing his MBA and quickly found himself drawn to dental lending as an avenue that utilized both his business experience and background in accounting. His career has been built on relationships of mutual respect and a high level of trust. In 2020, David was recognized as the nation’s highest producing dental lender at First Citizens Bank. His success is partially attributed to his time as a bank analyst, where he was heavily involved in the analysis and underwriting of loans. He worked extensively with mutual clients of Menlo Dental Transitions as a banker and was drawn to the brokerage’s high transition success rate and attention to detail with each practice it serves.
David has presented at various associations, professional groups and community events. He especially enjoys instructing small business owners on principles of finance, investing and lending. David is a Beta Gamma Sigma inductee for his scholastic achievement and has spoken at Beta Gamma Sigma and Mesa Public Library events on how to access credit for small business owners. He is also a former online instructor for BYU-Idaho teaching B475: Financing New Ventures.
David lives in northeast Mesa, Arizona with his family and spends his free time dirt biking, golfing or escaping the heat in San Diego to improve his sailing skills.

Dave Dahler
Dave Dahler is Vice President of Practice Sales at Menlo Dental Transitions. In his role, he guides dentists across the eastern half of the United States through the practice sales process. Dave has a wealth of banking and real estate experience that provides great insights to his clients as they evaluate their exit options. He is passionate about helping doctors achieve their professional and financial goals as they look to transition into their next chapter of life.
Dave launched his career as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for the Dental Division at Bank of America Practice Solutions. During his 13-year tenure, he oversaw business development across a six-state region in the upper Midwest. He was recognized for his hard work multiple times as a member of the prestigious President’s Club.
In addition to his banking career, Dave lent his expertise as a faculty member at Henry Schein’s Dental Business Institute. In his role, he taught entrepreneurial dentists about financial planning related to their banking needs as they sought to scale and ultimately exit their practices.
Most recently, Dave served as Principal and Director of Acquisitions at BlueSky Real Estate Group. He was responsible for identifying dental, veterinary and medical buildings for the company to purchase and lease back to medical professionals and groups. His efforts were also instrumental in cultivating relationships with doctors, dental service organizations, and practice and real estate brokers to identify opportunities to grow the company’s portfolio.
Dave holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, where he fostered a strong foundation in business and communications.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Dave enjoys golfing and traveling. He is a proud family man with a loving wife and three children. He devotes much of his energy to coaching and supporting his children in their athletic and dance programs.

Craig Gibowicz
Craig Gibowicz brings more than two decades of experience in the dental industry to his role at Menlo Dental Transitions. As Practice Broker of National Sales, he primarily works with dental practice owners across the U.S. Craig enjoys guiding practitioners through the intricate practice valuation and sales processes.
Previously, Craig spent 20 years at Henry Schein Dental, where he served as Regional Sales Manager, Practice Broker, and Field Sales Consultant. In these roles, he helped dentists across multiple states grow their practices and provided crucial advice on supplies, equipment, and technology. Craig also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Outside of the office, Craig is an active member of his local church congregation and is on the volunteer team for the Tim Tebow Foundation’s worldwide event “Night to Shine.” Craig is a proud husband and father to three daughters. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, in addition to pursuing his hobbies of golfing and traveling.

Karli Pierson, MBA
Karli Pierson joined Menlo Dental Transitions in 2019 as a Transaction Manager, relocating from her hometown in the Sacramento region of California to Arizona. Over the years, her role has evolved, and she now serves as the Operations Director for Menlo Dental Transitions. In her capacity as Operations Director, Karli assumes a pivotal role overseeing transactions, streamlining processes, developing policies, executing innovative business ideas, and constantly seeking ways to enhance the client experience.
Karli’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Jessup University in California. More recently, she completed her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), earning top honors in her class. Alongside her extensive experience in the business transitions industry from her time at Menlo, Karli also has extensive prior experience in operating a small business and understands business transitions on both a professional and personal level.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Karli finds joy in exploring various interests. You can often find her learning to play the piano, working on home and design projects, indulging in reading, or having fun with her three dogs.

Taylor Kuta
Taylor Kuta joined Menlo Dental Transitions in 2022. As Transitions Analyst, he helps conduct financial analyses and complete practice appraisals on behalf of Menlo’s clients. He also plays an important role in listing onboarding, data integrity, and a variety of other tasks and projects.
Originally from Houston, Taylor moved to Phoenix following his graduation from Brigham Young University, where he earned a degree in Economics. He previously worked at Vanguard as a Client Relationship Specialist, providing support to high-net-worth clients. Taylor’s interests include fantasy novels; movie nights with his wife; and board, card and video games.

Kelsy Singleton
Kelsy Singleton serves as a Transaction Manager at Menlo Dental Transitions. She joined the company in 2024 after a successful career in medical coding and customer service. Kelsy’s attention to detail, communication skills, and experience safeguarding confidential information help her thrive in her role. She enjoys building relationships with our dental clients and facilitating smooth transactions on their behalf.
Kelsy is married with one adult daughter and two dogs. An active member of her community, she volunteers with the youth at her church and participates in the community theatre and choir, both onstage and as a costumer and accompanist. Her other hobbies include completing puzzles, shopping, watching football, eating out, and playing games with family and friends.

Maggie Kuta
Maggie Kuta joined the Menlo team following her 2018 graduation from Brigham Young University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations and a minor in business management. At Menlo, Maggie fills her day with a variety of marketing projects to raise awareness of Menlo’s services, recruit new employees, generate leads and sell current listings. Her skillset includes writing, content creation and social media management.
A South Dakota native, Maggie had to adjust to city life and the warmer climate, but she has fallen in love with the people and sunsets of the Valley. She and her husband enjoy watching movies, playing board games and spending time with family.
